As such, we are looking for spaces for lease, with the following general criteria:
• Located along a major highway or street, with heavy foot and vehicular traffic
• Located in dense commercial and residential areas
• Located in dense commercial and residential areas
• Commercial floor area of 200-250 square meters for an in-line or stand-alone store, with a minimum frontage of 8 meters
• Preferred space should be located on the ground floor only
• Adequate parking spaces for customer 4-wheel vehicles and Amber’s fleet of delivery motorcycles
Please note that selection of location will be based on Amber’s identified priority areas and in consideration of distance to nearest existing Amber store.
